It all begins with a vision. You sitting on an Italian beach, looking at the sunset enjoying the dolce vita. You’ve thought about it and now it’s time to make it a reality. That is where we come in. We provide honest unbiased scouting services so you can make your dream a reality. Navigating through endless listings and photos that look too good to be true can be daunting not to mention all the unlisted properties you don’t find online. We are here to cut all that out and do all the hard work for you. We are not affiliated with real estate agents and contractors. We are not going to convince you to buy something that is not right for you. We started this business because too many people have been taken advantage of online. Our service is a fee based on scouting only. We find the properties for you, shortlist and then go to your chosen properties in person to get real video/photos and provide you an honest report. If you change your mind and decide not to buy/rent, we support you 100%.
More than just property advise we can support you from start to finish of your journey. We’ve worked hard to build a network of honest, reliable people that align with our valures to help you navigate Italian bureaucracy.
Who we are
Ilaria was born in Ugento, Lecce and moved to Australia with her parents when she was 5 years old. She is fluent in English and Italian having travelled back and fourth from Italy until deciding to move back to Italy in her 30’s. With her unique understanding of both the Italian way of life and the western lifestyle of living, she is the perfect person to help you on your journey. Happily married and a mother to a beautiful son, Ilaria also understands first hand the needs of families with children.
