Our service is a fee based on scouting only. We find the properties for you, shortlist and then go to your chosen properties in person to get real video/photos and provide you an honest report. If you change your mind and decide not to buy/rent, we support you 100%. Our advantage is we are based right here in Southern Italy and we speak fluent Italian allowing us to cut out the nonsense and make sure you are treated like a local. We also support and guide you through the relocation services and find the right people to help you navigate Italian bureaucracy.
